Let’s run through each of them.
Dedicated Relationship Manager
Citigold offers access to a dedicated Relationship Manager (RM), alongside a team of experts.
This means that with Citigold, you can get personalized help whenever you need it.
Having the human touch and expertise means that you get a more holistic assessment of your wealth management options. Your RM will have an in-depth conversation with you to understand your goals and needs.
When you are dealing with larger sums of assets, you can really benefit from a more holistic assessment.
Having a conversation with your RM can help him/her understand your full financial picture, taking into account your assets, loans, CPF, insurances, family planning needs, and risk appetite in order to tailor wealth planning to best achieve your long-term financial goals.
Citibank being a global bank, your RM can also structure a portfolio tailored to your needs, incorporating all the investment funds and opportunities that Citibank has access to.
In addition to your dedicated RM, you also get access to a team of experts, including:
- Service relationship manager
- Investment Counsellor
- Insurance Specialist
- Treasury Specialist
- Mortgage Specialist
Interestingly, with Citigold’s Portfolio Risk Evaluator tool, your RM can help you to stress test your portfolio.
This means that you can simulate your portfolio’s performance under adverse market conditions.
Additionally, using Citigold’s Diversification Index (CDI) tool, your RM can provide you with greater insight into the diversification level of your existing investments.
This takes into account your holdings of various asset classes as well as the level of product holding concentration.

Hi, how long do we need to keep the 300k in the bank account to get the free watch?
Let me see if I can check with Singsaver on this and circle back. Usually it’s about 6 – 12 months if I’m not wrong.
Confirmed with Singsaver – The funds just need to be in the account within 3 months of account opening.
Does it mean that i can take 3 months to put in 300k and on the 3rd month i can withdrawn the 300k? Sound abit too good though.
That’s my understanding, but maybe just confirm with the team when signing up if you plan to do this.
Any recommendation for high interest account without strings attached? This one has too many criteria
Singlife but it’s up to 10k only. All the others like DBS Multiplier etc have a whole bunch of strings attached. And money market funds like Endowuscash are not risk free.
So there’s really no free lunch in this world unfortunately, you’ll need to find the one that works for your level of funds, risk appetite, and the number of “hoops” you are prepared to jump through.
